Kate is a Professional Consultant and Director with extensive experience and achievement in senior roles in patient safety, quality and improvement science, emergency and risk management, legal compliance, education, hospital management and a wide range of clinical settings as a Registered Nurse. She has a broad and unique experience in Health as well as Banking, Service, Hospitality and the Primary Sector.
Kate has led significant and successful organisational strategic change and improvement programmes, highly sensitive investigations, reviews and safety improvements, customer experience and national policy, project and programme work. She has extraordinary experience working with and coaching others to achieve resolution including in the most difficult and sensitive of situations. Kate has a long and proven track record of crafted and enabling coaching across all organisation levels including board, executive, managers, doctors, nurses and allied health professionals, corporate and support staff, as well as external stakeholders and media.
Kate’s interest is in people and organisations, challenging and informing improvement in culture and practice. Her experience has informed and developed her coaching approach, tailored to the specific needs of each individual, organisation and situation.
