Organisational Psychologist
Kim has an impressive range of experience coaching chief executives and senior leaders. Her executive coaching engagements focus on three areas – the individual, their relationships with the team they work in and their impact on the organisation. She uses a wide variety of tools to encourage people to become more aware of different aspects of their personality and more importantly their individual, team and leadership behaviours.
Kim’s approach is open, fluid and creative in order to develop a true and meaningful understanding of each executive’s potential and opportunities and she sets this against a backdrop of creating awareness, reflection, insight and informed action.
Kim uses her in-depth knowledge of psychometric assessment, how people behave, and facilitation and coaching expertise to deliver tailored change and resilience, executive leadership and management development programmes. She seeks to develop authentic leadership and high performing teams and individuals to improve business and personal performance.
Kim is certified as a user of several well-known behavioural profiling systems and 360 degree feedback tools). Kim holds a Masters degree in Industrial/Organisational Psychology (1st Class Honours) and has completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial/Organisational Psychology.
