Kristy is an experienced Leader having worked as a senior leader up to Commissioned Officer level in the NZPolice, Organisational Development Manager for Local Government and works exclusively with people in senior leadership roles.
She has a wide range of experience with a number of 360 and leadership tools, is a qualified Myers Briggs Type Indicator practitioner, a certified user of the Lominger Leadership Architect 101 suite, Arbinger mindset, is a master trainer in Crucial Conversations and Crucial Accountability, accredited in Human Synergistics, Master Practitioner in NLP and an experienced coach and facilitator.
