What’s important to know about me?
There are three places that are special to me – Mt Manganui beach where I grew up; London where both my family and career grew exponentially; and Wellington the village I call home.
My career has also been in three acts – I started life as a singer/actor for stage and screen; I moved from being in the lights to become an Agent to the stars in the UK (with many great stories I can’t share!); and shifted once more to the global tech scene, working my way up to become CEO for an organisation going through growth, change and an acquisition.
The common thread throughout all of this has been an innate curiosity about what makes people tick. I see so many of us skating around the edge of our potential - my focus is all about how we lift others up, create growth, and look beyond the surface to uncover what can make you more brilliant.
Am I the right fit for you?
As a coach I’m known for my warmth and creating a safe space to focus entirely on you. My intent is that you leave our conversations feeling lighter, with a shift in perspective and a plan you can move forward with.
As a facilitator I’m known for the energy and enthusiasm I bring into a room, creating a shared space to contribute and have the important conversations that make a difference for you. I’m naturally all about the action, so we’re also likely to leave with a solid plan for next steps.
I’m an excellent business generalist with a love of all things customer, culture and operations, and I’m at my best when working to build capability that allows people and businesses to perform at their best.
